In 2009 BAGSBACK began with the mission of selling Colombian mochila bags while providing for less fortunate children unable to afford school supplies for an education. Through the sale of our mochila bags we also contribute to the lives of the Colombian Amerindians who handcraft the bags with the intention of keeping this ancient art form alive.

At BAGSBACK we firmly believe that education is the solution to many of the problems that face the world today. The future of our world depends on our children and the quality of education they receive. Presently, a staggering number of children are not receiving an adequate education or the resources to achieve it. We believe that small changes in academic materials will enrich and empower the generations that will be leading our world tomorrow.

BACKERS are a group of volunteers who render aid to less fortunate communities in South America and around the world. BAGSBACK works hand in hand with them to distribute Bags Filled With Dreams to underprivileged children in rural areas. We hope to come away with many stories about each child that receives a Bag Filled With Dreams and share these with you as you help contribute and give back with us.
